Refund policy

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@zibayi.ca. We will review each request individually and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.

To be eligible for a resolution, items must be unused and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
